Cancellation Policy

Appointments in our Medispa are in high demand and we, therefore, ask for a non-refundable deposit on all bookings.

If you need to cancel or re-arrange your appointment you will need to give us at least 48 hours notice in order to avoid a cancellation fee.

The deposit is fully refundable when you attend your appointment or give appropriate advance notice of cancellation. The deposit can also be used towards all treatment and product purchases.

If you do not turn up for your appointment or provide 48 hours notice for moving or cancelling an appointment, then the deposit will be forfeited.

For appointments that are part of a course of treatments, one treatment session will be deducted from the course total for any missed appointment or where 48 hours notice of cancellation/re-arrangement is not provided.

You must provide an email or telephone number so that your appointment can be confirmed prior to your appointment.

All courses of treatments must be completed within 18 months of the date of purchase.
